Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Chris Rice started his banking and mortgage career in 2004. Light-hearted and easy-going, he makes the mortgage process fun and easy for homebuyers. Chris is all about helping his clients have a pleasant experience. It all starts when he answers his phone with an enthusiastic smile. He maintains that same upbeat demeanor to support, encourage, and reassure his clients throughout the transaction. “I’m always smiling and having a good time with my customers so they’ll enjoy their experience,” Chris says. Chris thoroughly explains the mortgage process and keeps clients informed throughout the transaction. He knows that, although they may have answers to all their questions when they leave his office, a flood of new questions may arise later. “They can call me right then or list their questions in an email to me. I’ll answer them all. I provide high-quality customer service, meaning they can call day, night, or on weekends. I’m constantly working for my clients,” he says. When not helping homebuyers, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Jen and being a Girl Dad to his two daughters!
